COURSE DESCRIPTION

Students who sign up for this course will learn the in's and out's of the CBA.

The course curriculum examines Team Salary, the Uniform Player Contract (including a look at each Exhibit), exceptions, trades, extensions, renegotiations, entering the league (player eligibility, the draft, international buyouts and first contracts), waivers, sign and trade, the Gilbert Arenas provision and Fitness to Play panels.

The curriculum will also include reviews, exercises, and plenty of opportunity for questions and interactive exercises.
